- In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes. Clean the grill grates with a grill brush.
- Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and place it on the preheated grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving.
- Flip the chicken and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- While the chicken is resting, warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a few strips of grilled chicken in each tortilla and topping with Lime Cilantro Salsa.
- Serve with extra lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos.
