  • 2 medium Carrots Thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Chicken Breast
  • 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
Sweet Potato Fries
  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes Cut into fry shapes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. For veggie chips, combine sliced zucchini and carrots in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. For chicken breast, rub the chicken with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place in the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. For sweet potato fries, toss the cut sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
