Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Plain or flavored, rich in protein.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • 1 large Banana Sliced for natural sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Granola or nuts Optional for added crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional for flavor enhancement.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Evenly distribute the mixed berries and banana slices over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle granola or nuts on top if desired.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes. Cut into pieces or break into shards.
  • Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
