- Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly distribute the mixed berries and banana slices over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle granola or nuts on top if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
