  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • 1 large Banana Sliced for natural sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Granola or nuts Optional for added crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional for flavor enhancement.

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Evenly distribute the mixed berries and banana slices over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle granola or nuts on top if desired.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes. Cut into pieces or break into shards.
  7. Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
