Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat. Spread a generous amount of Greek yogurt ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Layer on the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and sliced grilled chicken.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
