  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 medium apple sliced
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts

Method
 

  1. Prepare the yogurt parfait by mixing Greek yogurt and honey, then layer with mixed berries and granola.
  2. Slice the apple and serve with almond butter as a dip.

  4. Slice the banana and spread peanut butter on top of each slice.
