Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound Sirloin steak Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Enhances the flavor of the steak.
For the Loaded Baked Potatoes
  • 4 large Russet potatoes For baking.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For topping.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • 4 slices Cooked turkey bacon Crumble for topping.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Scrub the russet potatoes under running water, dry them, and prick each potato several times with a fork.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sirloin steak pieces, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  5. Once the potatoes are baked, let them cool slightly. Cut a slit down the center of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Top each potato with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, crumbled turkey bacon, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Spoon the cooked steak bites on top of the loaded baked potatoes and serve immediately.
