  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking.
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For topping.
  • 2 green onions Chopped For garnish.

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken and shrimp mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
