Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken and shrimp mixture, stirring to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
