Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast Boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers Chopped, any color.
  • 1 cup Zucchini Sliced.
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets Fresh or frozen.

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce For flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For topping.
  • 2 green onions Chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken and shrimp mixture, stirring to combine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
