- Top each flatbread with sliced brie, then sprinkle cranberries, almonds, walnuts, and fresh thyme over the top.

- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is bubbling, nuts are golden, and crust is crisp.

Notes
Use sturdy flatbread or naan that can hold toppings without going soggy. High temperature ensures crispy edges and melted cheese. Cottage cheese adds 6-8g protein per serving without overpowering the flavor. Best enjoyed straight from the oven. For vegan version, use plant-based brie, skip feta, and use maple syrup.
