Instructions
Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Halve the baby potatoes and chop the onion.
Boil the halved baby potatoes in salted water for about 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned beef pieces in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
