  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Gives a slight tang.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Adds color and freshness.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the sheet, skin side down.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
