Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the sheet, skin side down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
