Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon About 150 g each.
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Provides sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adds savory flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Gives a slight tang.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Adds color and freshness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  • Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the sheet, skin side down.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

This dish pairs wonderfully with steamed vegetables or rice.
