- Gather all your ingredients and prepare them for cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the remaining marinade and bring to a simmer, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
