Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger to prepare the glaze.

  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
  5. Pour the prepared honey garlic glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze slightly caramelizes.
  7. Serve the salmon on plates and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
