Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets Each about 150g.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For seasoning and cooking.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the salmon.
  • 4 tablespoons honey Adds sweetness to the glaze.
  • 3 cloves garlic Finely chopped for a strong flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adds umami to the glaze.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Provides acidity and freshness.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger Grated, adds warmth and spice.

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger to prepare the glaze.
  • Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
  • Pour the prepared honey garlic glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze slightly caramelizes.
  • Serve the salmon on plates and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
