- Prepare all ingredients: peel and devein shrimp, slice sausage, and cut broccoli into florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside with sausage.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and heat through for 1 minute.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
