Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 8 oz Smoked sausage Sliced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Fresh for color and nutrients.
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adds umami flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking the sausage.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For sautéing broccoli.
  • to taste Salt To enhance flavor.
  • to taste Pepper To enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: peel and devein shrimp, slice sausage, and cut broccoli into florets.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside with sausage.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and heat through for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
