Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon 6 oz each, fresh salmon is the star of this recipe.
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved for roasting.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Natural sweetener for the glaze.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adds savory depth to the glaze.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling over the vegetables.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • to taste Salt Essential seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Essential seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness and color.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Sliced for garnish.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts on one side of a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  • Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
