- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts on one side of a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
