- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp, slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces, and wash the broccoli florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
- Return the cooked shrimp and sausage to the skillet, stir gently to combine, and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally paired with rice or crusty bread.
