Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 2 links Sausage Choose your favorite type, spicy or mild.
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Fresh for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For the sweet glaze.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking.
  • to taste Salt Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp, slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces, and wash the broccoli florets.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  • In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
  • Return the cooked shrimp and sausage to the skillet, stir gently to combine, and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm, optionally paired with rice or crusty bread.

Notes

This dish is quick to prepare and can be customized with different proteins and vegetables.
