- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange marinated salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Pour remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Broil for 2–3 minutes if a crispy top is desired.
- Let rest briefly, then garnish with herbs, lemon slices, or sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh, high-quality salmon. Marinate longer for more flavor. Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy variation. Serve with rice, veggies, or salad.
