  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped for flavor and garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the cheese mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds umami flavor.
  • 1 package Mini pretzel bites About 12 oz, provides crunch.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Take a mini pretzel bite and scoop a small amount of the cheese mixture onto the top. Place a cocktail sausage on top and gently press down. Repeat until all pretzel bites are assembled.
  4. Arrange the assembled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
