Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Cocktail sausages About 14 oz, provides savory flavor.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Adds rich flavor and creaminess.
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Adds tanginess and creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped for flavor and garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the cheese mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds umami flavor.
  • 1 package Mini pretzel bites About 12 oz, provides crunch.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Take a mini pretzel bite and scoop a small amount of the cheese mixture onto the top. Place a cocktail sausage on top and gently press down. Repeat until all pretzel bites are assembled.
  • Arrange the assembled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
