Method
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the Pillsbury pizza crust package.
- Unroll the pizza crust onto a clean surface and stretch it gently to fit the size of your baking sheet.
- Layer the deli meats evenly across the stretched pizza crust, starting with the ham, followed by salami and pepperoni.
- Add the provolone cheese or mozzarella on top of the meats.
- Roll the Stromboli lengthwise, keeping the fillings tucked inside, and pinch the seam tightly to seal.
- Score the top of the Stromboli a few times with a serrated knife to allow steam to escape.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the Stromboli.
- Place the Stromboli on a lined baking sheet and bake according to the pizza dough package instructions, until golden brown.
- Let the Stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
