Chicken

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until well blended.
  • Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is thoroughly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
