- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Form 8 cheese circles with ¼ cup each. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and lacy.
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and break apart. When partially browned, add onions and bell peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until beef is browned and veggies are soft. Drain excess grease.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to skillet. Stir in cream cheese and mix until fully melted and incorporated. Remove from heat.
- Let cheese circles cool 1 minute (still flexible). Place 2 tbsp beef mixture on each. Roll or fold cheese around filling. Let cool 2–3 minutes to set.
Notes
Recipe yields 8 rolls. Cheese should be pliable but not hot when rolling. Use lean beef to reduce grease. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly.
