Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Tuna 5 ounces each, drained.
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets Steamed.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich, creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Adds flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For extra creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Diced celery Adds crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill Adds flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pork rinds For topping, adds crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For greasing the baking dish.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, steamed cauliflower, diced celery, and diced onion. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Add heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with crushed pork rinds.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
