Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Tuna 5 ounces each, drained.
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets Steamed.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich, creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Adds flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For extra creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Diced celery Adds crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill Adds flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pork rinds For topping, adds crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For greasing the baking dish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, steamed cauliflower, diced celery, and diced onion. Stir gently to mix.
  • Add heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with crushed pork rinds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
