  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix Provides the base for your pancakes, packed with whole grains and protein.
  • 3/4 cup Milk Can use regular milk or any milk alternative like almond or oat milk.
  • 1 large Egg Helps bind the ingredients together and adds richness.
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter Adds flavor and helps create a tender texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances the flavor, giving your pancakes a lovely aroma.

Optional toppings

  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries For topping, adds flavor and nutrients.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: Kodiak pancake mix, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • In a large mixing bowl, pour in the Kodiak pancake mix and whisk to break up any lumps.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. A few lumps are okay.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
  • Serve warm with your choice of toppings such as fresh berries, maple syrup, or chopped nuts.
