Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
  3. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for another minute.
  5. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet with the sauce, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
