- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- In another bowl, drizzle the trimmed asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- On a large baking sheet, spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and add the asparagus around the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
