Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking and seasoning.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 whole Lemon Zested and juiced.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds flavor and color.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
  • In another bowl, drizzle the trimmed asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • On a large baking sheet, spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and add the asparagus around the shrimp.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the asparagus is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

This dish is quick to prepare and can be customized with additional vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
