Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly.
  4. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
