Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
