- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover or seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
