Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover or seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the tilapia from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Transfer the grilled tilapia to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
