Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Tilapia Fresh or thawed if frozen.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Adds richness to the marinade.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest Enhances the lemon flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme Complements the fish beautifully.

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover or seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the tilapia from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Transfer the grilled tilapia to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
