Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey or maple syrup. Whisk until well blended.
Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk again to combine.
If desired, stir in chopped fresh herbs.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
