Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil High-quality for best taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Adds a slight kick.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional) Minced for added flavor.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey or maple syrup. Whisk until well blended.
  • Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
  • Add minced garlic if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk again to combine.
  • Transfer to a jar or airtight container if not using immediately. Shake well before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before use as ingredients may separate.
