Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  2. If making your own buffalo sauce, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and a dash of vinegar to taste.
  3. Take a lettuce leaf and place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Add toppings: shredded carrots, diced celery, and crumbled cheese if desired.
  5. Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling to create a wrap. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter.
