Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken or vegetable broth Used for flavor and moisture.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted and divided.
  • 1 Lemon Juiced.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt For seasoning.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper For seasoning.
For the Topping
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs For a crispy topping.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt For seasoning the topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted, for the topping.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Finely chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F to ensure even cooking.
  2. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to reduce and enhance its flavors.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter to create the crispy topping.
  5. Remove the preheated baking dish from the oven. Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the dish for even cooking.
  6. Sprinkle the prepared breadcrumb topping evenly over the shrimp to add a crispy layer.
  7. Bake the shrimp for 12 minutes or until they are opaque and slightly pink. For a crispy golden-brown topping, broil on high for an additional 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra zest, serve with additional lemon wedges. Enjoy with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
