  • 1 large Ripe mango Peeled and diced for blending.
  • 1 cup Coconut milk Use canned or carton coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt Adds creaminess and protein.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • as needed cubes Ice To chill the smoothie.
  • as needed leaves Fresh mint For garnish.

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients: diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ice, and mint leaves.
  2. Prepare the mango by peeling and dicing it into small cubes.
  3. In a blender, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mango Coconut Smoothie!
