Instructions
Gather all ingredients: diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ice, and mint leaves.
Prepare the mango by peeling and dicing it into small cubes.
In a blender, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
