Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Ripe mango Peeled and diced for blending.
  • 1 cup Coconut milk Use canned or carton coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt Adds creaminess and protein.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • as needed cubes Ice To chill the smoothie.
  • as needed leaves Fresh mint For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients: diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ice, and mint leaves.
  • Prepare the mango by peeling and dicing it into small cubes.
  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mango Coconut Smoothie!

Notes
