Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets with or without skin
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup use real maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp smooth Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • dried dill to taste (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Reserve some glaze separately or make an extra batch to drizzle when serving.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared dish, skin side down if using skin-on salmon. Brush the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried dill if desired.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with the reserved glaze drizzled over the top.

Notes

Choose fillets of similar size for even cooking. Grainy mustard may be used for more texture. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days.
