- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Evenly spread the creamy mayo mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juiciness.

Use meat thermometer to check internal temperature reaches 165°F. Resting time is important to retain juiciness. Can swap mayo with Greek yogurt or sour cream for tangier, lighter version. For even cooking, slice thick chicken breasts in half horizontally. Add crunchy topping like crushed crackers or breadcrumbs before baking for extra texture.
