- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pie crust and place it in a pie dish, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and lump-free.
- Gently fold in whipped cream using a spatula to maintain a light and fluffy texture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the pie crust, smoothing the top with an offset spatula.
- Top with crushed monster cookies, chocolate chips, and mini M&Ms, pressing gently into the filling.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
This pie tastes even better when made a day ahead. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Serve chilled with extra whipped cream and crushed monster cookies for garnish.
