Natural Mounjaro Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm water Not boiling hot, to preserve ingredient benefits.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar Preferably organic with 'the mother'.
  • 1/2 lemon Juice Approximately 1 tablespoon, fresh is best.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly grated ginger Or 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger, fresh is preferred for potency.
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey Optional, for sweetness and added benefits.

  • Measuring spoons
  • Grater
  • Citrus juicer
  • Mug or glass
  • Stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Pour 1 cup of warm (not boiling) water into your mug or glass.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the mug. If using a juicer, strain out any seeds.
  4. Add ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger (or powdered ginger).
  5. If using, stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until it dissolves.
  6. Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly for about 15-20 seconds.
  7. Allow the drink to rest for about 5 minutes to help the flavors meld together.
  8. Drink immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before a meal. Protect your teeth from acidity by using a straw and rinsing with water afterward.
