Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and your chosen mix-ins.
  • Melt the nut butter and honey together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into 10-12 bars.
