- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and lump-free.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Transfer mixture to a serving dish, spreading it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
- Spoon salsa or pico de gallo over the cheese, then scatter green onions, olives, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeños on top.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For best results, soften cream cheese before mixing. Assemble a few hours ahead but add toppings just before serving. Refrigerate covered for up to 3–4 days. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
