  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Adds savory depth.

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger Adds a hint of spice and freshness.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential seasonings.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the marinade by combining orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and orange zest in a bowl. Whisk until blended.
  • Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle the glaze over the top and garnish with parsley.

Notes
