  • 2 cups Chocolate chips Semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil Optional, for thinning chocolate

Method
 

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or a rolling pin in a zip-top bag until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill the coated balls for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  8. Serve and enjoy your Oreo balls!

Notes

Oreo balls can be customized with different flavors and toppings. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
