Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss chicken in a medium bowl with olive oil to coat evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, chipotle powder, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken and rub to coat thoroughly.
  6. Arrange tenders on baking pan with space between each.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Letting chicken rest before serving keeps it juicy. Use parchment for easy cleanup. Can sub chicken breast strips if needed. Store spice mix for repeat use.
