Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
Gently fold in your choice of fresh fruits, being careful not to mash them.
Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, stir the mixture. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency. Top with additional fruits, nuts, or seeds as desired.
