Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats Base of the dish, absorbs liquid well.
  • 1 cup Milk Any type of milk, dairy or plant-based.
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain or flavored for creaminess and protein.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Natural sweetener for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Adds warmth and spice.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh fruits Berries, banana, or apple for flavor and nutrition.
  • to taste Nuts or seeds Optional topping for crunch.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
  • Gently fold in your choice of fresh fruits, being careful not to mash them.
  • Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency. Top with additional fruits, nuts, or seeds as desired.
