- In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in your choice of fresh fruits, being careful not to mash them.
- Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the mixture. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency. Top with additional fruits, nuts, or seeds as desired.
