Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
While the wings are baking, mix melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
