Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings Fresh, high-quality wings for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Helps seasonings stick and promotes crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a mild heat.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Provides depth of flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder Adds sweetness and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For cheesy flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter Melted, for richness.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, for the sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional, for heat.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • While the wings are baking, mix melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
  • Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
