- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
