  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs A mix of herbs like oregano and basil.
  • to taste none Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 2 large Eggs Helps the breadcrumbs stick.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Mixed with eggs for coating.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Used for frying.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the browned chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
