Method
 

  1. Wash the watermelon and peaches thoroughly. Cut the watermelon into cubes and slice the peaches.
  2. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice of one lime and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced peaches, red onion, and chopped mint leaves.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat without mashing the fruits.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
