Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press each cookie with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  4. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
