Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, water, and eggs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Arrange the halved pineapple slices and maraschino cherries on top of the brown sugar mixture in the Bundt pan.
Gently pour the cake batter over the arranged fruit, ensuring it covers the fruit completely.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
