Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips For the chocolate ganache.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream Used to make the ganache smooth and creamy.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Adds flavor to the ganache.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Washed and dried, for dipping.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts Almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles Optional, for decoration.
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows Optional, for decoration.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers gently, but do not let it boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let it sit for about a minute, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the chocolate ganache, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, roll the dipped strawberries in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or mini marshmallows for added decoration.
  • Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and enjoy your sweet surprise!
