- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach puree through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove the pulp. Use a spatula to press down and extract as much juice as possible.
- To the pitcher with the peach juice, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Refrigerate the peach lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
