  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper for heat, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor)

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Measure out each ingredient carefully. You can adjust the proportions slightly to suit your taste, but keeping these amounts will give you a well-balanced blend.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. If you're adding cayenne pepper or nutritional yeast, mix them in as well.

Blend Thoroughly:

  • Use a whisk or fork to blend the spices and herbs together until they are evenly mixed.

Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste a pinch of the seasoning to see if you’d like to adjust any ingredients. Add more salt or pepper if needed.

Store Properly:

  • Transfer the seasoning mix into an airtight container. Label the container with the date. Store in a cool, dry place for up to six months, although it’s best used within three months for maximum flavor.
